School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.
Our school events may include:

Riverina U15's Touch Trials
When: Monday 22 June
Where: Jubilee Park, Wagga Wagga
What: Selected students will attend the Riverina U15s Touch Football Trials, where they will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and compete for selection in the Riverina representative team. Students will travel to and from the venue by private vehicle.
OMNIA Inclusive Employment Solutions School Visit
When: 9:15am - 10:15am Monday 22 June
Where: JHS Common Room
What: OMNIA Inclusive Employment Solutions will be visiting the school to deliver a session on Communication in the Workplace. This session is designed to help students develop effective communication skills, build confidence in workplace interactions and strengthen their readiness for future employment and independent living opportunities.
Small Schools Rugby League
When: Tuesday 23 June
Where: Parramore Park, Wagga Wagga
What: Selected students will travel to Wagga Wagga to compete in the U16s Small Schools Rugby League Competition. The event provides students with the opportunity to represent the school, demonstrate their rugby league skills and compete against other small schools from across the region.
UN Youth Regional Conference
When: Tuesday 23 June
Where: Athenium Theatre, Junee
What: Selected students will attend the inaugural UN Youth Regional Conference, presented by UN Youth ACT in partnership with the Riverina Eastern Regional Organisation of Councils (REROC) and hosted by Junee Shire Council. The conference provides students with the opportunity to engage in discussions on global and community issues, develop leadership skills and connect with other young people from across the region.
SLR Resistance Training
When: 12:45pm - 3:15pm Tuesday 23 June
Where: Planet Fitness, Wagga Wagga
What: As part of the SLR Resistance Training Program, students will attend Planet Fitness in Wagga Wagga to complete practical training activities. The session will provide students with the opportunity to develop their understanding of strength and conditioning principles while applying safe and effective training techniques in a gym environment.
Teen Makeup Masterclass
When: 9:00am - 12:00pm Wednesday 24 June
Where: Riverina Community College
What: Through their participation in the Get in the Game program, selected students have the opportunity to take part in the Teen Makeup Masterclass delivered by RCC in Wagga Wagga. Running over five weeks, the program will provide students with practical makeup skills while building confidence, creativity and industry knowledge in a supportive learning environment.
Temora Museum & Aviation Centre Excursion
When: 9:00am - 2:30pm Thursday 25 June
Where: Temora Aviation Centre & Temora Rural Museum
What: As part of their Stage 4 History studies, students will visit the Temora Rural Museum and Aviation Centre. The excursion will provide students with the opportunity to explore historical artefacts and local heritage, deepening their understanding of the social and cultural impacts of colonisation in Australia. Students will also gain insight into technological and societal developments through their visit to the Aviation Centre, enriching their understanding of Australia's history.
Beauty and the Beast – Civic Theatre Excursion
When: 6:00pm - 10:00pm Friday 26 June
Where: Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre
What: Students will attend an evening performance of Beauty and the Beast at the Civic Theatre, presented by TRAC students. This excursion provides students with the opportunity to support local young performers, experience live musical theatre and develop their appreciation of the performing arts.
