School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.
Our school events may include:

PCYC Stepping Up Program
When: Tuesday 26 May
Where: JHS
What: Selected students will participate in the PCYC Stepping Up Program, designed to build confidence, leadership, teamwork and personal development skills through a range of engaging activities and experiences.
Sorry Day Ceremony
When: Tuesday 26 May
Where: Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre
What: Selected students have been invited by the Wagga AECG to attend the Sorry Day Ceremony at the Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre. The ceremony provides an opportunity for students to reflect, learn and show respect as part of National Sorry Day commemorations.
SLR Training Resistance Program
When: 12:45pm - 3:15pm Tuesday 26 May
Where: Flex-It Gym, Wagga Wagga
What: Students studying SLR will attend gyms and fitness classes in Wagga Wagga as part of the practical component of their Resistance Training Program. The program provides students with the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in strength, fitness and safe training practices in a real-world environment.
Secondary Schools Student Leadership Program
When: Wednesday 22 May
Where: Nixon Park, Temora
What: School Captains will travel to Sydney to participate in the Secondary Schools Student Leadership Program hosted by the NSW Parliament. Students will have the opportunity to meet elected representatives and the Governor, while gaining a greater understanding of the role and functions of State Parliament and leadership within the community.
PASS Excursion
When: 7:00am Wednesday 27 May - 5:00pm Thursday 28 May
Where: Accor Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park
What: Students from PASS, SLR and HMS have been given the opportunity to travel to Sydney to attend Game One of the 2026 State of Origin series. As part of the excursion, students will also visit the GWS Giants Training Facility and the SCG, providing valuable insight into elite sporting environments and pathways within the sports industry.
