School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Melbourne Playback Theatre Company Sessions

Date: Wednesday 26 November

Location: JHS MPC

Time: 9:00am - 10:46am

Students in Stage 4 and Stage 5 will take part in interactive sessions run by the Melbourne Playback Theatre Company, supported by Wagga Women’s Health. The theatre group uses improv performance to explore healthy relationships, encouraging students to reflect on respectful behaviour and discuss scenarios often linked to domestic violence awareness. Students will engage directly with the performers through conversation and guided activities.

School Spectacular Excursion

Date: Thursday 27 November - Friday 28 November

Location: Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney Olympic Park

Time: Thursday 6:30am - Friday 8:00pm

Students will travel to Sydney for an overnight excursion where they will attend the School Spectacular Concert at Qudos Bank Arena, enjoy a guided tour of the Sydney Opera House, and take part in independent shopping time at Parramatta Westfield. This excursion provides a mix of performing arts, cultural learning, and real-world travel experiences.
