Year 11 Work Studies Excursion

As part of their current unit on Workplace Communication, Year 11 Work Studies students will participate in a series of local excursions designed to enhance their interpersonal and communication skills in real-world settings. Students will visit either Cooinda Court Aged Care or Junee Public School, where they will engage with residents, staff, or students to develop confidence and competence in communicating effectively within community and workplace environments.

These excursions are scheduled for the following Mondays from 11:10am to 1:02pm:

• 11 August 2025

• 25 August 2025

• 8 September 2025

This practical experience supports the development of essential employability skills and strengthens students' understanding of communication in diverse professional contexts.
